ATTENTION: SharkFit will be changing it's regular class/open time slot schedule as FitElite now runs regularly in the mornings for the remainder of the summer. This program is specific to young, competitive athletes, looking to improve their overall fitness. FitElite's goal is to build better overall athletes by improving all aspects of their fitness.
